Ozona National Bank’s On-Call gives you an invaluable telephone link to current account information. This convenient, 24-hour-a-day access to your Account Information helps you keep up with your finances without borrowing time from your already-hectic work, family or social schedules.

- 24-hour access to account and transaction information in real-time
- The ability to perform banking tasks such as:
- Transfer money between accounts in Real-time
- Ability to hear items being presented against insufficient funds
- Make loan payments
- Issue stop-payment instructions
- The ability to leave voice mail messages
- The ability to hear new products, services or community events
What you will need:
- Full account number(s) of account information you want to inquire about
- 4 digit Pin Number
- First time users will need the last 4 digits of the Primary owners Social Security number as the initial pin number
- Seasoned users will need their selected 4 digit pin number

You do NOT have to wait until the message is finished to start, so at any time proceed to step 3

- Press “1” for Checking, “2” for Savings, “3” for CD, “4” for Loans, etc.
- At anytime during On-Call you can press “0” to be transferred to an operator
